The City of Cottage Grove Police Department is actively recruiting for an Entry Level Police Dispatcher to join our organization. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to multi-task effectively, and a genuine commitment to serving our community.

Entry Level Non-Certified Dispatchers start at $49,644 Per Year + Overtime + Cost of Living increase Effective July 1, 2024
8 Hours of Holiday Leave per Month
