2022 Affordable Housing Implementation Plan
The City of Cottage Grove with the assistance of ECONorthwest, as consultant, is in the process of looking at opportunity areas within the City's existing Development Code, policies, and programs to see where the City can encourage the development of more affordable housing within the City of Cottage Grove. This project is funded by a grant awarded by the Department of Land Conservation and Development. The project includes two meetings of the Advisory Committee, a joint meeting of the City Council and Planning Commission, and two Public Hearings. The project and its finding are scheduled to be complete in November of 2022.
