Code Enforcement
The Development & Planning Division enforces City of Cottage Grove Municipal Code Chapter 8.12 Nuisance. We also enforce the City of Cottage Grove Development Code. Enforcement of nuisance and development code issues is performed on a complaint basis. We strive for consistency and professionalism and attempt to be timely in responses to all interactions. However, we have limited staff and must make public health and safety complaints a priority.
