Services: EC Cares provides Early intervention and Early Childhood Special Education services and supports to children from birth to school age who have developmental delays or disabilities. Anyone may refer a child for a free developmental screening regarding concerns about how a child walks, talks, hears, sees, plays with toys or responds to others. Services are free and no insurance is required. If you have concerns about your child’s development, call Early Childhood CARES to make a referral.
