HIGHWAY 99 EMERGENCY SHELTER OPERATIONS AND SERVICES
Dear Bidder:
Pursuant to City Public Contracting Rule (City Rule) 137-049-0395, this Notice of Intent to Award to the above referenced project shall be posted on the City's website.
The City of Cottage Grove received one (1) responsive proposal for the Highway 99 Emergency Shelter Operations and Services request for proposals. The proposal was opened on Thursday, September 22, 2022 after 3:45 pm. The proposal was received from Carry It Forward.
City staff will recommend award of the contract for the HIGHWAY 99 EMERGENCY SHELTER OPERATION AND SERVICES to Carry It Forward and the City Council will make its decision at its regular council meeting on September 26, 2022.
Protests of the City's Intent to Award must be filed by September 30, 2022. Any such protest must conform to City Rule 137-049-450(4) or will not be considered by the City. Direct such protests to:
