Anyone wishing to comment on the proposed budget or during the public hearing to discuss possible uses of state revenue sharing funds, please sign in and use the comment form at: https://www.cottagegroveor.gov/budget/webform/may-11-2021-cottage-grove-budget-committee-comment-request-form by 4:00 p.m., the day of the meeting.
The comment form can also be used to submit written comments or written comments can be delivered to the City Recorder. All written comments must be received by 4:00 pm the date of the meeting. To email written testimony send to: cityrecorder@cottagegrove.org or deliver to 400 E. Main Street.
Limited space for no more than 10 people will be available in the City Council Chambers to meet social distancing requirements if you are unable to attend by electronic means. Anyone wishing to comment in person at the Budget Committee Meeting can sign in at the meeting.

THE MAY 6, 2021 BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING WAS RECESSED AT THIS POINT AND WILL RESUME WITH THE PROPOSED BUDGET DOCUMENT DISCUSSION STARTING WITH THE WATER FUND AND CONTINUING THROUGH THE BALANCE OF THE BUDGET DOCUMENT.
