The Cottage Grove City Council will be holding a Work Session to receive presentations on proposals from organizations or groups to address homelessness in Cottage Grove.
Anyone interested in presenting a proposal at the meeting must:
- Notify the City Recorder by noon on Tuesday, July 12th to be included on the agenda. If there are any materials or handouts that the presenter would like included in the Council Agenda Packet, those must be provided by noon on July 12th. Handouts could still be provided at the work session.
- Any electronic presentation must be provided to the City Recorder by Wednesday, July 13th at 5:00 pm on a jump/flash drive or electronically (cityrecorder@cottagegrove.org). The presentation will be scanned and loaded on a City computer for the presentation. No electronic media will be permitted that has not been scanned and loaded on City computer.
