Request For Proposals - City Engineering Services

The City of Cottage Grove (“City”) is soliciting proposals to select one or more qualified engineers with whom to enter into City Engineering Services contracts for up to a five-year term.  City Engineers will provide general engineering services, as well as complete engineering projects for the City, as needed.Proposals will be accepted by Faye Stewart, Public Works & Development Director, until 4:00 PM on February 4, 2022.  Proposers shall submit five hard copies of their proposals and one electronic copy (in .pdf format) prior to the aforementioned deadline.  Late, faxed, or emailed proposals will be rejected as non-responsive. The City reserves the right to reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public contracting statutes, rules and procedures which apply, to waive all informalities, and to reject any and all proposals upon finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
