Public Testimony

If you would like to comment on an important community issue, you are welcome to submit your testimony in the traditional paper form or submit oral testimony. However, if you'd rather not attend the Planning Commission or City Council meeting, we also welcome electronic testimony. This testimony can be submitted via fax or e-mail.

To submit electronic testimony on an issue, please send your testimony to planning@cottagegrove.org

Please be sure to include your residence address in your correspondence, and clearly identify the issue on the agenda to which you are testifying in the subject line of your e-mail.You can also fax the testimony to: 541-942-1267.

Please note: Every effort will be made to deliver your message to the commission or council. However, the City of Cottage Grove is not responsible for failure of communications links, hardware or software in delivery of your testimony. Deadlines for submission of electronic testimony are established in the public notices. In no event can the City ensure your electronic testimony will be given to the Commission or Council unless it is electronically or physically received before 5 p.m. on the date of the meeting at which the issue will considered.
