| March 9, 2010 Special Election Information Two initiative petitions circulated by Chief Petitioners Diane Conrad and Joan Wade Seidel have qualified for the ballot with at least 327 signatures. The two proposed measures were submitted to the Cottage Grove City Council at the November 23, 2009 City Council meeting for their review and consideration. The City Council could adopt the measures or reject them. If rejected the measures would go on the next election. The City Council on a vote of 6 to 1 rejected both measures placing them on the ballot of the March 9, 2010 Special Election. The final election results from Lane County Elections. Ballot Measures
