Individual speakers must be recognized by the presiding officer, provide their name and address, and will be allowed up to 5 minutes or less with Council approval. Comments regarding any matter scheduled for a public hearing may be provided only in that hearing. Comments on agenda items may be taken prior to Council discussion on that item. The Council will not engage in any discussion or make any decisions based on public comment at this time; however, the Council may take comments under advisement for discussion and action at a future Council meeting. |
